Ever since he was a little boy, Ichigo Kurosaki has the unique ability to communicate with the dead. He could see ghosts and even speak with them while unconsciously breaking through the barriers that separate the living from the dead. Keeping his paranormal abilities as a secret from his friends at school, Ichigo lived the life of a not so average teenage boy haunted by the heinous death of his mother, Misaki.
